In addition to extensive experience,the candidate should be well-versed in SAP Warehouse Management and possess a deep understanding of Six Sigma principles.Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Efficiently manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory management, materials handling, shipping, receiving, and storage.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize processes, minimize errors, and enhance efficiency.\xef\x82\xb7 Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of materials to support production schedules..\xef\x82\xb7 Utilize SAP Warehouse Management to maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and manage material movements.\xef\x82\xb7 Implement Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance warehouse processes and reduce waste.\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to ensure cost- effectiveness.\xef\x82\xb7 Generate reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics for management review.\xef\x82\xb7 Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, quality issues, or operational challenges promptly.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.Education:\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or API manufacturing industry.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management is essential.\xef\x82\xb7 Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong leadership and team management skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Experience Preferred:\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with SAP\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working in API pharmaceutical Company\xef\x82\xb7 Must have experience in MM in Pharma API and Formulation exposure\xef\x82\xb7 Good in exposure in Audits and must be strong in analytics.APPLY NOW- WHATSAPP YOUR CV- 9619789053
