OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Warehouse Leader will responsible to manage WH Operation & complete Warehouse KPI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
NCR/ Repairable Material Management.
Consignment Stock Management & Reconciliation.
Shift Planning & Deployment.
Long Storage & Preservation / Special Stock Management.
Perform receipt/issuance/dispatch of goods through SAP transactions of goods movement.
Assure Kitting Plan and its delivery to shop floor without error and as per maintenance requirement against service order.
Cycle Count / Annual Count ( Wall to Wall Count) Plan and its timely execution. Monthly plan VS actual reporting as per process and record into SAP.
Responsible for Stock accuracy and resolving discrepancy.
Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
Scrap Management both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous.
Storage & Handling of Shelf Life Items.
Storage & Handling of Batteries.
Proper packaging and Dispatch of materials for OBD.
Qualifications & Skills: EDUCATION
