A logistics executive manages the logistics operations of a company, including the planning and execution of logistics programs.

responsibilities

Planning - Designing supply chains and facilities, developing project plans, and creating non-established supply chain operations

Managing - Overseeing logistics operations, managing inventory, and supervising a logistics team

Coordinating - Coordinating the order cycle, transportation activities, and the loading and unloading of goods

Negotiating - Negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers

Analyzing - Analyzing customer needs and data, and reporting on logistics performance metrics

Implementing - Implementing and enhancing logistics procedures and policies

Ensuring compliance - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and trade and destination requirements

Skillls

Basics Computer knowledge (Like MS Office - excel, word & Mail composing)

Logistics executives should have strong analytical and logical skills, as well as

good time management,

decision-making

communication skills.
