Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

+ Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
+ Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Warehouse Operations

+ Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
+ Supervise loading and unloading activities to prevent damage or delays.
+ Organize and manage storage areas for efficient space utilization.

Team Supervision

+ Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing training and guidance.
+ Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
+ Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Logistics Coordination

+ Collaborate with logistics partners and transportation teams for smooth operations.
+ Track shipments and address any delays or issues.
+ Ensure compliance with shipping and delivery standards.

Safety and Compliance

+ Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
+ Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as required.

Reporting and Analysis

+ Generate reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities, and performance metrics.
+ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
