Warehouse Executive
Job Description
:
• Supervising Shipment Operations : Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments, dispatch and tracking of vans, manage daily warehouse operations, and develop shipment schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels using software tools, and initiate transportation or shipments when stock levels are too low or high.
• Safety and Security Compliance : Implement facility security protocols and enforce employee safety measures to ensure adherence to government safety standards.
• Quality Control : Inspect materials and goods for defects and verify quantities to maintain quality assurance.
• Team Leadership and Development : Supervise staff, assign schedules, organize training programs, and foster teamwork initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Client and Vendor Communication : Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors via email and phone to manage equipment needs and schedule shipments effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Warehouse management: 2 years (Required)
