We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Warehouse Operations Specialist

to join our team. This role focuses on managing warehouse operations related to returns, claims, and order processing, ensuring smooth workflows and timely resolution of customer concerns.

As an

E-Commerce Warehouse Operations Specialist

, you will be at the heart of our warehouse team, overseeing critical operational processes such as returns management, claims handling, and order fulfillment. You will work closely with our logistics, customer service, and inventory teams to ensure that returned products are processed accurately, claims are resolved efficiently, and customer orders are fulfilled without delay.

Key Responsibilities:



Returns Management:



Oversee the processing of returned products, including inspection, restocking, or disposition as necessary. Ensure all returned goods are processed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Work with the inventory team to update stock levels and manage defective or damaged goods. Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve customer concerns related to returns.

Claims Management:



Manage claims related to damaged, defective, or missing products, investigating the issue and coordinating with the appropriate internal teams for resolution. Track and follow up on open claims to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate record-keeping of claims data for reporting and trend analysis.

Order Processing:



Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Ensure orders are processed efficiently, with minimal errors, and that all shipping and handling requirements are met. Collaborate with the shipping team to resolve any shipping-related issues (e.g., delays, address errors, missing items).

Warehouse Inventory Management:



Support the inventory team in ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and organization of returned items. Assist in cycle counting and managing discrepancies in stock levels due to returns and claims.

Customer Communication:



Provide updates to customers regarding their return or claim status in a clear and professional manner. Work with customer service to address any customer inquiries or concerns related to returns, claims, or orders.

Process Optimization:



Analyze return, claims, and order processing data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the warehouse workflow. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
