Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Mundra Port
Salary: ?20,000 to ?22,000 (in-hand) + PF and ESIC

/ Key Result Areas:

• Warehouse Operations Supervision: Ensure smooth operation of inbound, outbound, and general warehouse activities.
• System Operations: Proficient in system-based operations for warehouse management.
• Data Management: Advanced Excel and internet skills for reporting and operational tasks.
• Customs Knowledge: Familiarity with customs processes such as Bill of Entry will be an advantage.
• People Management: Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.
• Flexible Work Hours: Willingness to work late hours as needed.

Desired Competencies & Skills:

• Industry Experience: Experience in warehouse operations, preferably handling packed food articles.
• Initiative: A self-starter who can work independently.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, with knowledge of Gujarati preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure compliance with processes and maintain accurate records.
