Warehouse Executive - Your future position?


As a Warehouse Executive, you will be driving the warehouse activities like inbound, replenishment and outbound by coordinating with cross functional teams, in-house operators and contract employees for loading, unloading, scanning, moving, staging, storing, locating, relocating, and stacking materials/products. In this role, you will be based in Bangalore, Jigani and directly report into the Manager Warehouse.

In this exciting role, you will: Planning and execution
• Collect the production replenishment /inbound/outbound schedules and plan daily material flows to satisfy internal stakeholders like production, customer care and logistics team and support them without creating business disruptions.


Function management
• Review the incoming/outgoing trucks plan and deploy the right resources to ensure to meet the targeted Truck Turn Around Time (TTAT)
• Preplanning of Outbound activities and prioritize the rush request of internal stakeholders
• Oversee the reception of incoming materials, related administrative tasks (batch number recordings, goods receipt issuance, materials labelling) as well as dispatching and storage.
• Oversee the preparation of materials/products for shipment to ensure that amount and type of product(s) are matching customer orders.
• Monitor the moving, stacking and staging of products and materials in dedicated areas and predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, colour, or product code.
• Lead physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation, disposal of unused/obsolete materials/products, and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Active involvement in compliance with company (EHS) guidelines and public safety regulations, e.g. when involving fork lifts, clamp trucks or other power equipment, or manipulation of hazardous materials/products.
• Active involvement in compliance with ISO/GMP and trigger the problem solving & CAPA for internal and external complaints
• Monitor the maintenance of warehouse installation(s) and equipment by keeping them clean, safe and operational, reporting service requests as needed.
• Execute other tasks as required and assigned by supervisor

Technical Skills:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• SAP - Inventory & Material Management Module is a mandatory requirement
• 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse process flow.
• Good understanding of shipping and receiving regulations and protocol.
• Good knowledge of inventory processes and tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain dependencies and processes.
• Operation of computers - desktop, and hand held device for receiving, and real time inventory updates and customer order shipments.
