Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management:
o Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound shipments.
o Ensure that all items are received, stored, and dispatched in a timely and organized manner.
o Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of products to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
o Maintain and optimize warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and workflow.
2. Inventory Control:
o Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is stored and tracked accurately.
o Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical stock to system records.
o Work with the inventory team to ensure product movement is properly tracked and recorded.
3. Team Supervision:
o Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to maintain high productivity levels.
o Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures by all warehouse personnel.
4. Logistics Coordination:
o Coordinate with the logistics team to plan and execute the efficient transportation of goods.
o Ensure timely dispatch of orders, working closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement) and external vendors/carriers.
o Track and manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Safety & Compliance:
o Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
o Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed.
o Identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
o Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
o Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to warehouse performance and implement improvements when necessary.
o Assist in preparing operational budgets, forecasts, and planning documents as required.
7. Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement best practices and optimize warehouse operations.
o Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend strategies for increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
o Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items (as required) and stand for extended periods.
