Job Description

Required - Warehouse ExecutiveLocation: SURAT, Gujarat, IndiaIndustry- FMCG IndustrySalary - 15k to 25k MaxMust have 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations within the FMCG industry.Responsibility Area -Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and lead times to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

Logistics and Shipping:

• coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
• Plan and optimize logistics routes and transportation modes to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, safety standards, and documentation requirements.

Team Supervision

• Supervise warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, forklift operators, and inventory clerks.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to warehouse team members, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, shelving, and organization of goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Implement best practices for inventory control, space utilization, and workflow optimization.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, such as stock movement, inventory levels, and shipment tracking.
• Generate performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor warehouse operations and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
