Warehouse Executive Ecommerce
Job Description
Relevant experience in inbound, outbound and reverse shipment management.
Candidates should have e-commerce experience in logistics and Operations
Cross-functional relationship building skills. Develop & optimize processes and scale return processes to allow the business to efficiently operate.
Manage the end-to-end performance of reverse logistics operation
Develops reporting metrics and presents data with a clear point of view so that insights can be used to help drive recovery and reverse logistics business strategy.
High level support for customer service escalation
Identify data discrepancies and drive corrective actions with Systems & vendors
Good communication skills and people management capability
Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities
Willingness to support other team members, in addition to normal responsibilities
Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skill
Candidate should be excellent in Excel as well google sheet working as multiple reports have to be made daily.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
