Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data for inbound (inward) and outbound (outward) goods in SAP software. Maintain and manage records of product receipts, stock movements, and shipments within SAP. Track inventory levels and ensure that inward and outward shipments are recorded promptly and accurately in the system. Generate reports for inventory audits, order fulfillment, and stock levels using SAP. Verify that all inbound and outbound shipments are properly documented and match physical inventory counts. Monitor the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the correct entry of products and their locations within SAP. Process orders for dispatch, ensuring that outgoing goods are accurately recorded, packed, and labeled. Assist in maintaining up-to-date inventory control, including monitoring stock levels and reordering when necessary. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth warehouse operations and accurate data entry. Handle any discrepancies or errors in data and work with the team to resolve them quickly.
