Position:

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team to project at Mei India Branch. The successfull candidate will be responsibile for managing the warehouse and logistics while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles and Responsabilities:

Incoming Shipment Management:
  • Authenticate shipments by comparing them with documents (bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists).
  • Unpack, inspect, reject damaged items, record shortages, and resolve issues with the shipper.
  • Record received material quantities, label containers, and distribute merchandise on shelves or racks.

Customer Order Management:
  • Fulfill orders and ensure delivery commitments.
  • Manage quotations, order entry, confirmations, backorders, and delivery time.
  • Handle sales notes for out-of-production or substituted items.
  • Oversee timely shipping of spare parts and repairs.

Purchase Order Management:
  • Manage urgent orders to HQ for out-of-stock parts.
  • Enter orders for parts from HQ to India stock.
  • Manage orders for Indian vendors (internal use, repair shop consumables, special HQ requests).

Documentation for Tools and Repairs:
  • Issue documentation for internal and external repairs and tool resharpening.

Purchase Department Management and Inventory Analysis:
  • Manage the purchase department and conduct inventory reports.


Requirements:

Requirements and skills:
  • Good at counting and familiar with different codes and numbers
  • Fine knowledge of Computer Programs (Word, Excel)
  • Able to run reports and analysis
  • Capable of preparing parts orders and creating packages for customers

Education:

  • High school Degree
  • +5/6 years of experience in similar role

Workplace:

  • In person/On-site at Yelahanka, Bengaluru
