Designation : Return Warehouse Executive


Location: Sector 72, Fazilpur, Gurgaon.


Responsibilities :


• Responsible for managing all return (RTO/RTV) processes across various channels including GT, Ecom- B2B, D2C, and B2C.


• Ensure accurate daily matching of return shipments with courier manifests/ Debit Notes.


• Oversee same- day Quality Control (QC) and put away for all returns.


• Manage daily opening and closing data for returns.


• Handle defective, discontinued, or recalled materials through customer interactions.


• Maintain comprehensive documentation and record - keeping of all returns and related



documents.


• Proficient in processing claims for all marketplace channels and courier partners


Qualifications:


• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.


• Effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams.


• Familiarity with RTO rules and norms is advantageous.


• Working knowledge of ERP SYSTEMS SUCH AS Uni-commerce, Easy-ecom, etc.


• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
