Job Summary

:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the storage, organization and movement of materials and products . This includes receiving and unloading deliveries, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Receiving and Unloading

: Unload materials and products from delivery trucks and verify their accuracy against purchase orders or shipping documents. Inspect goods for damage or defects upon arrival and report discrepancies.

Order Picking and Packing

: Accurately pick orders as per customer or production requirements. Pack products securely for shipping, ensuring that the packaging meets company standards and protects items during transport.

Shipping

: Prepare materials for dispatch, including labeling, packaging, and ensuring the proper documentation is included. Assist with loading goods onto delivery trucks for timely shipment to customers or other locations.

Safety and Housekeeping

: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the safe operation of equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards and improve workflow. Follow proper handling procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable.

Equipment Operation

: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified and trained). Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Teamwork and Communication

: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the smooth flow of materials and operations within the warehouse. Communicate effectively with other departments, such as logistics, purchasing, and sales, regarding inventory levels, order statuses, and delivery schedules.
Qulification: 12th Pass/Diploma/Fresher

Age: Below 21 years

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
