Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT or which 2+ years in Workday Integration solutions Workday Tech consultant

Develop and maintain BIRT reports in Workday
Merit Statements, Talent Profile Cards, offer letters
Gather requirements on the BIRT reporting needs
Design and prototype BIRT solutions
Coordinate testing of the BIRT solutions
Troubleshoot BIRT reporting solutions to resolve issues
Document design solution and present to Workday developers to
Identify the optimum solution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active in Workday Community (connected and up to date on Workday Core HCM technology
Proficient in building end to end Integration using Workday Technology.
Experience in Workday Financials
Good hands-on experience in Workday Integrations (Core Connectors, Custom Reports, Document Transformation, EIB, PECI, Studio)
Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Compensation and Security concepts.
Exposure to integrate Workday with other applications (e.g. SAP HR, Peoplesoft, ADP or any )
