We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Walmart Executive with at least 1 year of experience managing the Walmart platform. The ideal candidate will be skilled in optimizing product listings, driving sales, and enhancing customer engagement to ensure a successful presence on Walmart.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Walmart seller account, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Product Optimization: Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and search rankings.
• Sales Strategy Development: Implement promotional strategies to increase sales, including seasonal campaigns and discounts tailored to target audiences.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and make informed recommendations.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, preparing reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align Walmart strategies with broader business goals.
