Job Title: Walk-in Officer
Experience Required: 0-1 year (Freshers welcome)
Salary: ?16,000 - ?18,000 per month
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Qualification: BCom/MCom/MBA
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide necessary assistance
• Assist in managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback from visitors
• Provide information regarding services and guide customers accordingly
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain customer records and assist with follow-up communications
• Support in handling documentation and administrative tasks
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service processes
Desired Skills:
• Freshers with a BCom, MCom, or MBA degree are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Ability to handle customer queries with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
