Mechanical Engineer (B.E/B.Tech) - Process Project & Maintenance



1. Shall have knowledge of maintenance of process equipments like Vacuum pump, Bio safety cabinet, Pass boxes, Deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps, AHUs etc.


2. Shall have knowledge of QMS elements like Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, Investigation etc.


3. Shall have knowledge of SOP preparation, updation, implementation etc.


4. Shall have knowledge of Trackwise system


5. Shall coordinate and execute maintenance works of process equipments with CFT


6. Shall prepare & track plant budget


7. Shall prepare CAPEX proposals


8. Shall have knowledge of design verification.


9. Shall coordinate & execute BOQ preparation, PR, PO, Invoice processing

Executive/ Sr. Executive



5-6 Years



BE/Diploma ( Instrumentation )



1. Supervising and leading Automation & Instrumentation maintenance.


2. Hands on experience on troubleshooting/Configuration/Programming skills of PLC/SCADA/BMS(Preferable DesigoCC-Siemens),Field instruments(Level, Temperature, Flow, pH, TOC, Conductivity etc.),ON/OFF & Control valves maintenance ,Weighing Balances, Electrical system, PLC/HMI and to ensure working standards.

Operator ( HVAC )



3-4 years



ITI/Diploma



1. Shall coordinate & execute HVAC system (AHUs, VUs, BMS/EMS) operation & maintenance


2. Shall coordinate with CFT for HVAC related activities


3. Shall coordinate shift operations with operators


4. Shall be ready for working in shifts

Operator ( Utility )



3-4 years



ITI/Diploma



Shall coordinate & execute process equipment's maintenance work (Autoclave, vacuum pump, Bio safety cabinet, Pass boxes, Deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps etc.). Shall have knowledge of operation and maintenance of RO water system, Purified water system, WFI system, Pure Steam system, Dosing system etc.
