Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process

Minimum 6 month experience in BPO sector mandatory.

Location - Gurugram

Preferred Profile:

Graduate and UG candidates both can apply. More preference will be given to graduates.

Must have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sector with valid documents such as offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last 3 months salary slip.

Must have good communication skills.

Must have good command in English

Working Schedule :

5 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week off.

Shift timing is of 9 hours including 1 hour break.

Casual leaves will not be entertained for the first three months after joining apart from week offs.

Candidates with heavy MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.

Perk and Benefits:

Salary Structure: 26k ctc - 35k ctc.

Cabs will be provided to candidates who reside within the hiring zone.
