We are hiring for the position of Sr Welfare Officer / Welfare Officer
Job Title: Sr Welfare Officer / Welfare Officer
Location : Bangalore, Hassan
Experience : 2- 8 Years (Textiles / Garments)
Educational Qualification : MSW HR.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct various committee meeting of workers & Mothers meeting of creche children.
• Counsel the workmen as and when required to enhance productivity and resolve any personal issues of the workers.
• Conduct absenteeism review on a daily basis, identify root causes and address the issues.
• Resolve all issues and advice workmen at HR Helpdesk.
• Conduct various engagement activities for workers to improve their morale and motivation.
• Maintain all statutory & non-statutory records related to welfare.
Skills : Written and oral communication (English, Kannada).
