Job Title - HR Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
HRIS Management: Manage the HR information system (HRIS) by ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates for employee information, benefits, and payroll. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-boarding activities, paperwork processing, and system access.
Employee Relations: Provide support to employees by answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, and company communications.
Data & Reporting: Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (experience with specific HRIS software a plus).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
