WALK IN..!!!!!!!!! Brainwave Labs is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Drone Instructor. The ideal candidates will be passionate about teaching and possess the following qualifications and skills: 1. Must be a certified drone instructor by DGCA. 2. Proficient in conducting theory classes, developing training content, handling practical flying sessions, and simulator sessions. 3. Capable of managing day-to-day operations of the training Centre, including documentation, planning, auditing, and training. 4. Ensure trainees meet the required standards and achieve training outcomes. 5. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory classes on drone operations, airspace regulations, safety procedures, and advanced piloting techniques.
- Develop and customize training content, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises, to meet the specific needs of trainees.
- Lead practical flying sessions and simulator training, providing hands-on instruction and guidance to enhance trainees\' skills and confidence.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the training center, including scheduling, documentation, auditing, and facility maintenance.
- Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, written tests, and simulated scenarios, ensuring they meet training standards and achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, evaluations, and trainee progress, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in drone operations to continually enhance training programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve training methodologies, curriculum development, and instructional delivery.
- Certified Drone Instructor by DGCA or equivalent regulatory authority.
- Proven experience in conducting theory and practical training sessions for drone operations, with a strong understanding of airspace regulations and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in developing training content, managing training center operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and executing training programs.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting safety in drone operations.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Experience in aviation education, flight instruction, or related fields.
- Familiarity with simulation software or drone flight training simulators.
- Knowledge of specialized drone applications such as aerial surveying, mapping, inspections, or public safety operations.
