Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Monitor tables and ensure timely refills or clearing of dishes.
• Process bills and payments efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a server/waiter is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and bills.
