Present menus to guests and answer any questions about menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Clear tables and clean them promptly after guests leave.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
