- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and seat them accordingly.
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions about menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Clear tables and clean them promptly after guests leave.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
