Customer Service
• Greet Guests: Welcome customers warmly as they arrive, and escort them to their table.
• Take Orders: Take food and beverage orders from guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about
menu items.
• Serve Food and Drinks: Deliver orders to the correct tables, ensuring that the presentation and quality of food and drinks meet the restaurant's standards.
• Check on Guests: Regularly check in with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any issues or requests promptly.
• Handle Complaints: Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and effective manner.
2. Order Management
• Order Entry: Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system or communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
• Check Order Accuracy: Verify that all items on the order are correct before serving to the guests.
3. Dining Area Maintenance
• Table Setup: Set up tables for new guests, including arranging utensils, napkins, and glassware according to restaurant standards.
• Clean Tables: Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
