Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers, providing attentive and friendly service.
• Take accurate orders and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, following presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Process payments securely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth order delivery.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is required .
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
