Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant and assist them with finding a table or seating area.
Take customer orders and answer any questions they may have about the menu, ingredients, or food preparation.
Make suggestions and provide recommendations for food and beverages to enhance the customer\'s dining experience.
Ensure that orders are accurate and prepared correctly, and deliver them promptly to the table.
Attend to the needs of the customers during their meal, including refilling drinks, providing additional condiments or utensils, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Clear and reset tables after customers have finished their meal, and ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable for the next customer.
Collaborate with other team members, such as kitchen staff and management, to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently.
Follow all safety and health guidelines, such as food handling and sanitation protocols, to ensure that customers are not at risk of illness or injury.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of food and beverage products, customer service, and other relevant areas.
