Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
• Present menus, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Check on guests during their meals, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
