Waiter
Job Description
• Greeting customers: Welcoming guests and seating them
• Taking orders: Taking food and drink orders from customers and communicating them to the kitchen
• Serving food and drinks: Carrying food and drinks from the kitchen to the tables
• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Checking with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and providing exceptional service
• Handling payments: Delivering checks and collecting payments
• Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping tables clean and tidy and setting and cleaning service areas
• Managing reservations and seating: Making reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Collaborating with kitchen staff: Working with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and communicating effectively
• Handling customer feedback: Dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues professionally
Waiters should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and previous experience in a customer service role.

Pay: ?9,059.52 - ?14,239.97 per month
