Position: Waiter
Location: Sindhi Sweets, Chandigarh
Salary: ?12,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and welcome customers promptly.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any complaints politely.
• Order Management:
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the status of orders and ensure prompt delivery to tables.
• Ensure proper presentation of dishes before serving.
• Dining Area Maintenance:
• Set up and clean tables before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Restock utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work in coordination with the kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in daily briefings and adhere to company policies.
• Billing and Payment:
• Assist customers with the billing process.
• Ensure accurate cash or card transactions when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High school pass or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a waiter is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Willingness to maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Work Hours:

Flexible working hours as per restaurant requirements (shifts may apply).
