Job Title: Waffle Chef
Location: Surat
Department: Kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of waffles, mini pancakes, and related desserts according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of all menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new waffle recipes and menu items.
• Manage kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff in waffle preparation techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waffle Chef or in a similar role in a dessert or quick-service restaurant.
• Expertise in preparing waffles and desserts, with a creative approach to plating and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for creating high-quality desserts with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Chef: 2 years (Required)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
