Job Description
Responsible for creating and provisioning W365 machines
Manage W365 machines
Assigning licenses for W365 machines and alerting team on utilization
Creating host pools, session hosts, resource groups on AVD
Creating and maintaining different types of AVD machines
Handling all high priority applications
Troubleshooting applications related issues
Communicating with different stake holders to understand the application behavior
Resource should be willing to work during the US (ET) hours for India location About Virtusa
