Overall Responsible for the Project management

Establish Project Agreement and Project Plan

Develop HC planning

Schedule, quality and budget controlling

Plan and perform Quality gates

Project status update to stakeholders.

Control project risks, Control Project Cost

Active technical interactions, to oversee the project

Strong communication skills, cooperative/collaborative, team work, persuasive, influencing and effective negotiation.

Strong leadership skills - able to take the team along with

Result oriented, Strong Process orientation, Structured approach towards problem solving

Agile practices ( added advantage)

Qualifications

BE ( Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication), ME , M.Tech

7 to 10 years of relevant work experience.

Required Competencies:
1. Experience in test management
2. Project Management techniques (Planning, Scheduling, Stakeholder management, Resource handling, Risk management)
3. Expertise in Automotive domain & System/Software Testing experience
4. Experience in HiL\SiL framework (manual / automated)
5. Hands on experience in test design, test specification and execution of test cases
7. Strong analytical and debugging skills & Communication skills
