Responsibilities for 3d max and Vary expert

• Meet with clients and vendors to explain project goals
• Efficiently create uniquely desirable, artistic and inspirational landscape designs.
• Prepare site plans, specifications and estimates, assist in material selection
• Use CAD to develop graphic representation of project
• Develop vendor relationships to achieve pricing goals
• Select materials based on client desire, budget and climate parameters
• Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to final plan
• Effectively uncover client needs and provide compelling solutions.
• Thoroughly perform site inventories.
• Accurately prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.
• Demonstrate and maintain a high knowledge of landscape trends, features and techniques

Qualifications for 3d max and Vary expert

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, required
• Must be creative and resourceful to fulfill customer needs within budget and climate parameters
• 6 to 1.5 year of experience in a similar role
• Should have material selection and stakeholder management
• Experience with 3ds Max and VRay expert. Knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion is an add-on
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient with computer aided design and drafting
