Location: MumbaiJoin as a VP/AVP/DVP to lead strategic alliances and partnerships within the financial services and digital economy sectors. Drive business development, secure new partnerships, manage operations, and contribute to the company\'s growth and innovation in the insurtech space.Your Future Employer: An innovative insurtech startup revolutionizing B2B insurance solutions through technology, focusing on customized products and seamless integrations.Responsibilities: * Executing B2B business development and sales plans.

  • Hunting new partnerships and alliances with NBFCs, MFIs, small finance banks, housing finance corporations or HFCs.
  • Negotiating and closing deals including contracts and agreements.
  • Managing and expanding business operations in new markets.
  • Ensuring sustainable financial growth through relationship management.
  • Proposing solutions to maximize client opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on projects.
Requirements: * Post-Graduation with 15+ years of overall experience.
  • 10+ years in hunting NBFC or lending institutions business.
  • Proven experience with CXO/executive-level relationships.
  • Strong P&L management and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS/APIs/Tech-based business models.
