Develop the annual/project-specific branding and sales strategy based on product segment and customer profile.
Digital Marketing - Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Plan and manage social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Budget Management - Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales &marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor campaign budgets and optimize marketing investments to achieve maximum ROI.
Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects to increase engagement. Develop vibrant concepts and creative advertising campaigns for various media, including newspapers, magazines, radio, online, and outdoors.
Brand Management - Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership and Development - Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and sales team, providing guidance, training, and support. Prepare and manage quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Market Analysis and Consumer Insights -Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products/features) to inform strategies.

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
Ideal Candidate: -
MBA graduates with Marketing / International Business for a reputed university/Institute xe2x80x93 having a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Should have good experience leading a marketing and sales team
Should have good experience in marketing using different platforms.
Should have good experience dealing with creative agencies.
Should be able to lead a team of Digital Marketing including content writers, digital marketing team,
Should be experienced in Brand Management and Pricing Strategies.
Should be able to evaluate the performance of each campaign and monitor the campaign efficiency
Should have experience in developing sales and marketing budgets.
Should have experience in analyzing the Market trends, increase the turnover
Should have experience managing a sales turnover of more than 200 Cr.
