Our client is hiring for a VP of Sales with at least 12+ years of experience in the EB domain.

Responsibilities :
- Building a sustainable Sales pipeline and using Compass for all data management.
- New lead generation & follow-up.
- Conducting meetings with prospects
- RFQ generation (through Compass).
- Pursuing existing renewals.
- Achievement of Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development
- Relationship Management with Clients
- Building a strong network within Insurers / TPA
Requirements :
- Target (Sales number) focused.
- Strategic understanding of H&B Corporate Sales and business domain.
- Understanding and Mapping of Market.
- Networking and relationship-building building with good people-to-people skills.
- Ability to be an effective team player.
- Versatility & Adaptability.
- Business Communication and Technology tools knowledge
