The VP- Risk and Policy -Retail will be responsible for managing and mitigating financial risks while setting policies for the retail sector majorly in Two wheeler and Used car businessxc2xb7 Maintain credit quality of consumer assets portfolios. Ensuring Credit Loss and credit cost is within projected levels on all retail secured loans.xc2xb7 Design/develop/review policies, new programs, processes, products, delegation of authority from risk management perspective, in line with best industry practice.xc2xb7 Lead, innovate and release amendments in the Policies and programs across all products with an optimal mix of underwriting concepts and use of Data Science tools like: - risk score cards, statistical models to help Business have competitive edge in the market and mitigate Risk for multiple portfolios.xc2xb7 Rule engine based automated models and loan approval process to improve customer on-boarding experience fraud control solutions, etc. using latest technology.xc2xb7 Control and monitor the secured loans portfolio on daily/weekly/monthly basis to maintain lower loss rates by continuously analysing, identifying, and eliminating the high- risk segment from portfolio. Recommend corrective actions for maintaining a healthy portfolio and lower annualized loss rates.xc2xb7 Lead execution of projects ranging from new partner enrolment, formulating policies and process, define success metrics and loss forecasting models. Meeting partners and dealers on daily basis.xc2xb7 Inferring from changing data trends and further providing insights/justifications with way forward approach.xc2xb7 Anticipate impact on business when making decisions in order to balance risk/reward without compromising service levels.Engage in analysis relating to EMI bounce, delinquency, loss or viability of business volume on any new product launch to support decision making.opportunity to learn and growwork in dynamic environmentA successful 'VP- Risk and Policy -Retail' should have:

• 8+ years of overall experience in risk and policy management.
• Open to New Delhi /NCR as a location, WFO/WFH.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the financial services industry and have a strong understanding of retail banking and loans.
