The key responsibilities of the team include daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective and backlog refinement. While they maintain a relentless focus on improving their Agile processes and strive for excellence in project delivery, the GOI&T team can pivot quickly, responding to changing customer needs \xe2\x80\x93 consistently delivering value to customers.Role Summary/Purpose:The VP, Program Leader will be responsible for overseeing TechOps Workstreams initiatives & respective aligned ARTs. This role will be responsible for the overall success of the program and ensuring the initiatives are aligned with enterprise strategy. Partner with ART leadership & stakeholders to develop a vision, execution strategy, prioritize initiatives basis the ROI and align teams effectively. Manage dependencies across ARTs & workstreams, develop new features & capabilities for the various TechOps workstreams and roll these out to servicing functions & Synchrony\xe2\x80\x99s client partners.Drive process improvements for TechOps ARTs with a goal to increase speed to market of new features and capabilities. Work closely with respective Train leads to deliver agreed upon vision & roadmap, drive new innovations, cross train collaboration and lead the agile teams to deliver technical capabilities in partnership with other teams within the company.Key Responsibilities :Lead large/enterprise agile initiative, utilizing Scaled Agile MethodologyLead, manage and direct cross-functional resources (Technology and Business) as required throughout agile lifecycle.Manage collaboration across ARTs, other SIs, external dependent teams, 3rd Parties and any other area that aligns with TechOps Workstream commitments.Plan and communicate with business, Technology leadership, and other key stakeholders regarding program status, milestones, issue resolution and escalation.Manage risks, cross ART dependencies and priority.Manage overall multimillion-dollar budget for the TechOps workstream.Closely work & partner with TechOps ART Leadership and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.Coach leaders and teams in lean agile practices and mindset.Develop effective communication strategy, standardizes practices & processes across TechOps ARTs.Drive relentless improvement, assess the agility level of the ARTs and help drive improvements.Partner and work closely with ART leadership & Office of Agile to build and streamline metrics and reporting for TechOps workstream.Required Skills/Knowledge :Have strong knowledge of The Scaled Agile Framework and have led complex initiatives.Have strong servicing business acumen & application product knowledge of servicing technology & associated infrastructure.Have a proven track record of leading and executing critical business initiatives.Passionate about working with cross geography and cross functional teams to deliver cutting edge features for both client partners and internal teams.Have creativity, enthusiasm, and energy with a strong "can do" attitude and are result-oriented.Have superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management, and external groups.Are a hands on, self-motivated professional with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiativesEligibility Criteria :Bachelor\'s Degree and 12+ years of Technology and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent or in lieu of a degree 14+ years of Technology & 7years of leadership experience or equivalentExcellent understanding of servicing/collections operations and enabling technology stackMinimum of 8 years of experience in developing and implementing information systemsMinimum 10 years of experience in program management with strong understanding of Agile & SAFe methodologies.Have strong knowledge of The Scaled Agile Framework and have led complex initiatives.Flexible to work with business stake holders across different geographies & time zone (~3PM EST)Work Timings: 03:30 PM to 12:30 AM ISTThis role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time \xe2\x80\x93 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
