Job Title: Vice President (VP) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Logistics

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary: ?80,000 - ?90,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 15 to 20 years in the logistics industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Vice President (VP) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company's logistics operations.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve company goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and financial planning.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Drive business growth and profitability through innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
