As a member of this Team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge tech stack and solutions that redefine industry standards.Role Summary/Purpose:The VP, Engineering Cloud Agile Lead will be responsible for coordination of multiple agile Scrum/Kanban Teams and Testing resources executing on Cloud migration initiatives in Engineering. This role is responsible for collaborating with, cloud migration testers, scrum masters, product owners, product managers and business leaders in leading cross-team cloud migration initiatives within the roadmap for the Engineering Cloud Migration journey.Key Responsibilities:Strong communication, analytical, tactical and technical skill set used to drive requirements, testing and production validation.Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of application release management, outage management and change processes and standards.Assist in managing the Program Increment (PI) planning process including the management of Agile ceremonies, support ART backlog refinement/prioritization and coordinate planning with other ARTsProgram Increment (PI) planning in person; Planning and Coordinating events with internal employees and contractors within the ART at the Hyderabad locationPeople management for the team: Regularly communicates with team about the day-to-day activities; coaches on different business tasks; offers feedback for teams and individuals; leads by example; solicits feedback from employees; and performance managementRequired Skills/Knowledge:Strong cross-functional team player with the ability to work seamlessly across a matrix OrganizationExperience and knowledge working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)Jira and Jira Align experience; Epic conditioning, capacity planning, sprint progress, program and team dependency and risk tracking and program status reportingAbility to understand technical requirements of projects and effectively manage resources, vendors and test effortsProven track record of leading and executing on critical business initiatives on-time and within budgetDesired Skills/Knowledge:SAFe Certified Scrum Master/Release Train EngineerCreativity, enthusiasm and energy with a strong customer "can do" attitude and resultoriented.Hands on, self-motivated professional style with the ability to effectively communicate and prioritize multiple initiativesExperience working in CloudDemonstrated ability to drive change and work effectively across business boundariesEligibility Criteria:Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of Technology experience or equivalent leadership program experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing information systemsMinimum 5 years of experience as a release train engineer (RTE)/or scrum master with strong understanding of AgileWork Timings :(This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time xe2x80x93 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally).
