Role Description This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Assistant Vice President at ASSET DEALS LLP . The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing real estate investments, conducting due diligence, and analyzing commercial real estate opportunities. This is an on-site position located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance and investments
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and real estate industry
• Strong analytical and due diligence skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Master's degree in finance or real estate is a plus
• Professional certifications in finance or real estate is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sales expert in Real Estate.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence clients at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Master the art of positioning products against competitors.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written, communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
