We are a global function with over 2,500 professionals providing assurance across all of Citi's businesses.In this role, youre expected to:The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citis risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to ensure that the firm meets audit standards and regulations and to work with business leaders to determine solutions for emerging issues.Responsibilities:

• Consistently develop, execute and deliver audit reports in a timely manner, in accordance with Internal Audit and Regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on overall control environment and audit approach
• Manage audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level
• Leverage a comprehensive expertise to manage a team
• Advise the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption
• Recommend interventions to issues, propose solutions for risk and control problems, partner with Directors and Managing Directors to develop approaches for broader corporate issues
• Apply in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies and regulations to a specific product or function area

As a successful candidate, youd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in risk stripes (credit risk, market risk or enterprise risk) preferred
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) prefered
• Effective comprehension of business side of audit function and subject matter expertise regarding technology application
• Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills
• Effective project management skills
• Effective influencing and relationship management skills

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
