While they maintain a relentless focus on improving their Agile processes and strive for excellence in project delivery, the GOI&T team can pivot quickly, responding to changing customer needs - consistently delivering value to customers.Role Summary/Purpose:The VP, Application Product Manager will be responsible for the overall success of Advanced Case Manager (ACM) application and ensuring the initiatives/enhancements are aligned with the enterprise strategy. The Application Product Manager will work with Engineering and Strategy teams to formulate product roadmaps, execute on POCs, and oversee documentation & delivery consistency. This Role will work closely with respective Train leads and applications to deliver agreed upon vision & roadmap, drive new innovations, collaboration and lead the agile teams to deliver technical capabilities in partnership with other teams within the company.Key Responsibilities :Lead and Manage the delivery activities of multiple scrum teams in a manner that aligns with automation strategy set by business counterpartsEnsure all system architecture diagrams, swagger documents and capability artifacts are kept up to date and in a central repositoryServes as linchpin between Engineering and Strategy leadership in order to formalize product roadmap and planning increments (PIs)Keep team focused on concrete priorities while keeping outside influences from disrupting the team and actively identify and remove waste and distractionsWork with Stakeholders to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the committed timelines.Work with cross-functional teams to create a holistic roadmap and planning for program delivery.Lead production support prioritization with key stakeholders and identify and pursue improvements.Manage/lead/prioritize the activities of the allocated Agile teams by collaborating with other business and IT partnersWork with business teams to shape business requirements and provide ongoing communicationthrough project execution.Develop program plans to realize the requirements, while leading, managing, tracking, and communicating the execution of the plans and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Ensure Program Budgeting, Purchase Orders and Invoices are allocated, tracked and reported.Tracks and reports financial for allocated project.Conduct retrospectives with team and stakeholders ensuring risk and deliverables are communicated consistently.Advocate for autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving teams.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assignedRequired Skills/Knowledge :Minimum 5+ years experience with IBM Advanced Case Manager (ACM) tool is a mustSAFe Trained/certified - SSM, RTE and POPMSAFe certifications - SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Release Train Engineer and SAFe POPMExcellent understanding of servicing/collections operations and enabling technology stackMinimum of 8 years of experience in developing and implementing information systemsMinimum 10 years of experience in program management with strong understanding of Agile & SAFe methodologies.Have strong knowledge of The Scaled Agile Framework and have led complex initiatives.Have strong knowledge of The Scaled Agile Framework and have led complex initiatives.Have strong servicing business acumen & application product knowledge of servicing technology & associated infrastructure.Have a proven track record of leading and executing critical business initiatives.Passionate about working with cross geography and cross functional teams to deliver cutting edge features for both client partners and internal teams.Have creativity, enthusiasm, and energy with a strong "can do" attitude and are result-oriented.Have superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management, and external groups.Are a hands on, self-motivated professional with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiativesEligibility Criteria :Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of Technology and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent or in lieu of a degree 12+ years of Technology & 7years of leadership experience or equivalentWork Timings: 03:30 PM to 12:30 AM ISTThis role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time - 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
