: Votiko is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to engage in telemarketing, leads generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification. Whether you're an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, we encourage you to apply if you possess strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.
• Conduct surveys and verification processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
• Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcomed.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Age limit: Below 40 years.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Location Preference: We prefer candidates from nearby cities of Surat.
Compensation:
• Competitive salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 40,000 per month.
• Additional incentives based on performance.
