About Gawain

Gawain is a non-profit organization regaining the women's will by inventing a rape prevention method for people in a slum.

Our mission: The heinous crime with the highest dark number in this world, rape - no one knows the exact number and there are still no effective solutions. Especially in slum areas, women still have no way to protect themselves. Our mission is to end rape to protect these women. Regardless of gender, caste, wealth, or poverty, We will create a living infrastructure for everyone to live in peace.

How do we approach this rape crime?
We work with local NGOs, experts, police and government officials, and women's communities in the slums to find the best sustainable solutions. We also work closely with universities and research institutes to verify the effectiveness of our method, and have pursued the development of methods with real social impact since the early days of our establishment.

2. Doing the post-RCT survey
