Event Volunteer

Position Title: Volunteer for Event

Location: World Trade Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Event Date: 24 to 31 December

Time Commitment:

o Morning shift (9:30 to 3:30)

o Evening shift (3:30 to 9:30)

Purpose: To provide support and assistance in the smooth execution of shopping spree Event. Volunteers will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Assist with setting up tables, chairs, signage, and other event materials.
• Registration: Help with attendee check-in, distribute badges, and provide event materials.
• Information Desk: Provide information and answer questions from attendees about the event schedule, venue, and other logistics.
• Crowd Management: Assist in directing attendees, managing lines, and ensuring crowd control.
• Session Assistance: Support speakers and session leaders by distributing materials, managing audio/visual equipment, and addressing attendee needs.
• Vendor Assistance: Help vendors and exhibitors with setup and tear down, as well as addressing their needs throughout the event.
• Photography and social media Coordination: Assist with the setup, promotion, uploading more and more content online of the Event.
• Event Breakdown: Help with the teardown and cleanup of the event space, including packing up materials and ensuring the venue is left in good condition.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous event experience is a plus, but not required.
