Position: - VoIP Engineer
Job timing: 6:30 pm \xe2\x80\x93 3:30 am (Mon-Fri)
Experience: 5 years plus experience. : Planning, designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining the implementation of the Voice infrastructure including hardware/software recommendations. Managing day-to-day delivery of services (VOIP, SIP, Network) to ensure adherence to defined service levels. Installation, administration, operation, trouble diagnosis and maintenance of VoIP PBX Able to troubleshoot with the Network team on network issues related to VOIP technologies. Ensuring the development of documentation, including appropriate policies and procedures for all aspects of VoIP network Performing customer assessments, design, build, and technical documentation in support of the organization Able to capture, analyze and troubleshoot SIP header information. Provide Tier 1+/Tier 2 troubleshooting to resolve common issues with SIP phones. Deploy and provision new VoIP handsets. Job Requirements: A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in voice technologies, which can be a combination of experience in the telecommunications / network fields and equivalent professionally qualified education and experience such as Associates or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or other technology field Proficient Linux, ASTERISK, MYSQL and embedded development ASTERISK dialplan customization AGI scripting with PHP Experience with FREEPBX, Issabel, Elastix Ability to work on Windows and Linux Operating System Hands-on experience in Network routers and devices Team work Work under pressure Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Benefits:
