Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh
Qualification:
• Graduates (Freshers) or
• Undergraduates with relevant work experience in customer service
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries with a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to higher authorities when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following company guidelines and policies.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
